For Commuters: Emergency Ride Home

How you register

First, you complete a commuter profile.

Once you make the decision to share a ride

For bikepools:

You contact the CommuteInfo office by email or phone 1-888-819-6110 and let us know which bikepool you are joining
The CommuteInfo staff will add you to the group’s roster

For carpools:

You contact the CommuteInfo office by email or phone 1-888-819-6110 and let us know who you will be carpooling with (each members of the carpool need to complete an individual commuter profile)
The CommuteInfo staff will register your carpool

For vanpools:

You contact the CommuteInfo office by email or phone 1-888-819-6110 and let us know which vanpool you are joining
The CommuteInfo staff will add you to the group’s roster

For transit riders:

You contact the CommuteInfo office by email or phone 1-888-819-6110 and let us know you ride transit
The CommuteInfo staff will update your record to reflect you ride transit
